I wish I had found this page before ordering from them. If I could give them MINUS 5 stars, I would. Not only was the photo quality terrible, but they blamed me for it and kept trying to get me to buy another copy. I'm a professional photographer, and sent them high quality, high resolution images. Stay away!

I ordered 3 books as Christmas gifts. It’s almost Easter and there is still no sign of them. Really awkward, and there is no information from the company on expected delivery, no answer when asking to cancel the buy. Worst buy ever.

80 page layflat style book designed and finished. I go to hit save and it doesn't save. I go to order and page doesn't load to proceed. I go to another tab and try to go to my project and it's not there! I go to another computer, sign in and try to load my project and it's not there! In other words, I spent 3hrs working on this project and it's literally not there for me to order. As if I never worked on this album. This is not the first time and I thought by disabling my antivirus and adblock it would work. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a common problem.

I have made dozens of books and have had very few issues. Customer service responded to my satisfaction.

Order done and paid, immediately after I detected an error in the text I did and sent an e-mail with the request of modifying since it is impossible to change or cancel the order once paid. They refused and shipped the order as it was. I payed for 5 days delivery and I got 10 day estimation time. If you want to buy two gifts for the same consignee the shipping costs is doubled... very very poor customer service paid at high price unfortunately

Excellent customer service, easy photobook development and good quality products. I especially like the Buy-Ahead sales for photobook discounts and I am also appreciative of being able to extend my vouchers on the Photobook America website if I can't get the product finished.o

I have been using Photobook America to do my photo books for several years. I have been very happy with the price and output. The quality is excellent and the time frame for receiving your book is exceptional. The book templates are easy to work with and change for the look you want. I will continue using them for all my book needs. Highly recommend. Also, if you do have a problem, which I have on occasion, they are very immediate to solve the problem. Again, I am very pleased with the quality, ease of use and integrity of this company.
